  • Acknowledge that upon cancellation, your subscription and all associated access will be terminated immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@nukemee.com or by using the cancellation feature in my subscription page. All payments made are final and non-refundable.

 

5. Gift Cards

We offer digital gift cards that can be used to purchase subscriptions or other eligible services on NukeMee.

  • Gift cards are prepaid and can be used until the balance is fully redeemed.

  • If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.

  • Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards do not expire unless required by applicable law.

  • NukeMee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.

6. Buy Me a Coffee (One-Time Support)

We offer users the option to support NukeMee through one-time payments (“Buy Me a Coffee”).

  • These payments are optional and do not grant access to premium content unless explicitly stated.

  • “Buy Me a Coffee” is a voluntary contribution to support our work and platform.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • No recurring charges will be applied for these contributions.


7. Profile Visibility and Control

  • Profiles may be public by default based on user choice during signup.

  • Users can change their profile visibility at any time in account settings.

  • Users are responsible for the information they choose to make public.

  • Users may block other members to control interactions.

  • Users must not impersonate others through profile names, images, or URLs.


8. User Profiles and Community Interaction
Users may create profiles, share content, and interact with other members through features such as messaging, commenting, and profile customization.
By using these features, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or share.

  • Your content must not be unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringe on the rights of others.

  • If your profile is set to public, your profile information and content may be visible to other users.

  • We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or its users.

 

We are not responsible for user interactions, including messages exchanged between users.


9. Intellectual Property

All NukeMee content, branding, and design are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Our Content: You may share our content non-commercially with proper credit and use our site for personal use without modifying the original content. You may not copy or distribute our content for commercial purposes or use it to train or feed any AI, algorithm, or machine learning model.

  • Translations: To serve our global audience, NukeMee uses advanced AI translation tools to translate our English content into German, French, Spanish, Swedish, and Dutch. Each translated article is then cross-verified by a human editor for quality and accuracy. While we strive to make these translations excellent, they may not be as precise as content produced by a professional human translator.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive for accuracy, but NukeMee is provided "as is" and "as available."

  • We do not guarantee that our content is error-free or timely.

  • We do not guarantee that our Services will be available without interruption.

  • We are not liable for decisions made based on our content or for technical issues beyond our control.
